Enrollment

Children must be 3 years of age by September 30th.  For the M/W/F p.m. class, children must be 4 years old by December 1st.

As required by our State license, all children must be toilet trained before attending Prime Time.

A $75 enrollment fee must accompany the application.  This will be refunded only if your child cannot be placed in any Prime Time class.

Enrollment dates 2012-2013

Enrollment for returning students is March 5th through March 11th.

Enrollment for returning families is March 12th through March 18th.

Prime Time open enrollment will begin Monday, March 19 at 8:30 a.m.

Application forms will be mailed in early March.  Please call if you have requested a form but did not receive one.

A completed application form, birth certificate (copy) and enrollment fee check can be brought in or mailed to the address above. Applications will be processed in the order they are received.  However, forms received by mail will be processed after those brought in at 8:30 on the first morning of enrollment.  You will receive a confirmation letter and health form.

If you would like to schedule a visit, please call during the class you would like to visit.  Each teacher sets up their own appointments.

Tuition 2012-2013

Enrollment Fee - $75 per child

Total cost of tuition for the year:

  • $900 for the Tuesday / Thursday class
  • $1,260 for the Monday / Wednesday / Friday class

Tuition can be paid in 9 payments (August 2012 - April 2013):

  • $100 for the Tuesday / Thursday class
  • $140 for the Monday / Wednesday / Friday class

A 5% discount will be given for the second child in the family.
